How it started
Born from a love of colour and craft
Pastel Pallet began with a wardrobe problem. Ethnic wear either looked beautiful on a hanger and felt impossible to wear, or was comfortable enough for a long day and looked like an afterthought. We could not find the middle.
So we started making it. Small runs, made with karigars in Jaipur, Lucknow and Surat, using fabrics chosen for how they behave in an Indian summer rather than how they photograph.

Nine days of work, one kurta set
A Chikankari set passes through a single pair of hands in Lucknow for over a week before it reaches you. That slight irregularity in the stitch is the signature of the person who made it, not a flaw.

Where are your clothes made?
Across three craft clusters: Jaipur for block print and bandhani, Lucknow for chikankari, and Surat for our chiffons and silks. We work with the same karigars run after run rather than moving to whoever is cheapest.
How should I choose a size?
Every product page carries a size chart in centimetres. Our range runs XS to XXL. If you fall between two sizes, size up — most of our silhouettes are meant to skim rather than cling.
How do I care for these fabrics?
Dry clean is safest for anything embroidered or silk. For cotton, a cold hand wash with mild detergent, washed separately the first two times, and dried in shade to keep the colour.
Do you take custom orders?
For some pieces, yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the style and your measurements and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can do well.
