Pastel Pallet began with a simple conviction: that Indian ethnic wear should feel as good as it looks. We work in small batches with artisans in Jaipur, Lucknow and Surat, choosing fabrics that breathe and cuts that move with you.

Before you order
Every Pastel Pallet piece is made in small batches by artisans across Jaipur, Lucknow and Surat. Slight irregularities in the weave or stitch are the mark of a handmade garment, not a defect.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Metro cities usually receive their parcel in 3 to 5 days, and the rest of India within 5 to 7 days.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across India on most pin codes.
What is your return policy?
You can raise a return within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and the tags are intact.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size chart with measurements in centimetres. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
